I think that all this proves is that some people will buy any old rubbish. On the other hand some buyers are more decerning.

Keep in mind, it doesn't count digital sales. This is only RETAIL sales.

Its been advertised heavily on UK tv. I cant remember but I think it was one of those ads that end with "get it now on xbox" dispite it being available on mutliple platforms.

In the UK, 360 software outsells PS3 counterparts on a regular basis. It's not just shooters.

Not so sure, if take Steam for an example i can always get games for lower price if i buy it on disc from online stores. Steam is only good for low price sales on "old" games.

Newsflash homefronts actually a decent game and advertising wise its been always touted with get it now on 360 in the uk aswell.Might be a good idea to do research before posting nonsense like the bold part.

It's the UK sales not the European sales. UK and US have similar tastes even in video games.

Ya 8million copies is good, but Fable is not on all 3 platforms. Homefront multiplat so fun to see the % over the 3 systems

not everyone wants to play games on their PC though.Some people dont seem to get that somehow and not everyones rig is really up to date my computer prior to my laptop had only 512mb ram,pent 4 and a crappy integrated intel card and i only dumped that just over a year ago.
