Too late. 

Get a 360 if you want the most fleshed out and balanced experience available today.

Get a PS3 if you like the PlayStation library of games and can wait another year or two for PSN to catch up to the 360's current online offerings and for the PS3's highlight games to finally make their way to homes. 

Basically, it does what it needs to do.  YOu have one log-in, which allows you to get into an online match in any game. You're logged in immmediately when you turn on the ps3, and you have access to a web browser and an online store.

Also, PlayStation Home is coming this October which will be a big step up for the online service.  You can play games and be longed into Home simultaneously, and you can instantly enter a game from Home with your friends for an online match. You can receive trophies in games that will be displayed in your "home", and developers can have their own little spaces in home where you can go to sttream trailers from upcoming games, get wallpapers, etc. To find out more on Home, see here.

I already posted this message in the PS3 general discussion forum and I ended getting a warning from a mod. All I want is some information based on experience so I could make a decision. I apologize in advance if I have unintentionally offended any one. JUST LOOKING FOR OPINIONS
