Yes. I don't know if it's me just getting older or lack of innovation in games these days but I'm really having trouble playing games for a sustained amount of time recently.
Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, and starcraft 2.....
not really.... the end of this year is looking real strong too if you own a 360.

That's only one game and while fun it lacked staying power once i unlocked all the weapons i lost my interest only reason i played as many hours as i did was because my clan plays it.
I played a lot in the Feb-May period but the game drought that occurs ever year during the summer causes me to play less and less. Instead, I've been exercising a lot and getting in shape so when October starts and I MIA for the rest of the year since I'll lock myself in the basement I won't come out as an obese, pimple faced nerd that breathes heavily through my nose after walking short distances
Yes, because I'm mad busy. Not due to the lack of games, there's MORE than enough to keep me satisfied at this point. When I had nothing to do, games seemed scarce then though. Funny.
Yes. Maybe I'm getting older? My thought process says "Gaming is a waste of time, but spending two hours every other hour throughout the day online doing nothing of worth is less of a time waster, so do it!". Maybe I'll swap it and play games when I'd usually go on the internet..
I have actually played more SP games this year, though my actual playtime is roughly the same. Last year I spent a majority of my game time in MP due to the lack of good SP player titles, this year is the exact opposite for me. This year has been amazing.

I'm sort've the same I played more games this year but only 5-6 have been from this year (2 were rented from Gamefly) the rest of the games I played are from a couple of years ago they were from steam games like Audiosurf, Portal (Free), and Thief Deadly Shadows those were all from Steam the only new game I got on steam was Alien Swarm.
I've been playing a lot more actually. There have been so many good games this year, on a variety of platforms. The world doesn't need more MP heavy games.
Yes, but that's because i'm on the last leg of my tattoo apprenticeship and have next to no time for anything else. There are SO many games i have yet to have the time or money to play :(
Yes! Games are becoming increasing worse every year and sadly the number of hidden pc gems that i love also seem to be decreasing! But Amnesia should take up some of my time!
Exactly the same, 2009 was the pinnacle of my gaming... Loved playing UT and CoD had plenty of hours put into them but now i'm more interested in SP due to MP being horribly unbalanced and patches coming months and months late.
Not really. There are a lot of games I want play that came out this year. Going to be hard to play them all with SC2 and with Halo"Reach coming out next week.
I've been buying a lot less; but there is a game coming out next week that has been the recipient of hate among Gamespot Users. As for playing, I'm playing just as much as ever. My collection's pretty small, and that does not bother me.
I suppose if all you care about is multiplayer that's a big deal but single player always trumps multiplayer and there are plenty of games to satisfy that.
