Should give players enough time to upgrade to Neo so they won't have to suffer through the second best version of the game.

My ps4 is gonna be on stand by all year long it seems.

If it prevents it from being half-ass like Killzone: Shadow Fall, I am all for the delay.

Makes sense, Sony will want 1st party games to showcase their Neo Mode. This means more time to work on optimizing a second setting. I wouldn't be surprised if TLG got delayed to 2017 because of this as well (if it was even coming in 2016, which I have doubted).

How long until we have a "new" user named NEO-mode? :P

lol to be honest it doesn't really affect me, my most anticipated upcoming PS4 title is KOF XIV, everything else is icing on the cake for me the rest of the year.

At they very least delay it on account of too many first and third party releases going to oversaturate their own market. Plus, new IP so it can probably benefit from extra time.

@sholoza: Persona 5 is not releasing this year. People need to get that out of their heads. It's almost May and we know nothing about it. I think Nioh will be out this year though and that looks solid. Beta is coming soon.

Lame, Horizon is one of the titles I was most looking forward to this year, thank god Uncharted comes out in 3 weeks.

I vaguely remember someone telling me that this was announced in advance enough that they could confidently say a delay wasn't coming. Everyone in here seems to agree that it's not surprising though, so eh.

If it is delayed I won't care much. I have not been jiving what I've seen of the game so far. I hope it turns out well in the end.

Honestly I'm not surprised. With the seemingly imminent announcement of the PS4 Neo alot of AAA games are gonna get delayed.

It's not that Sony doesn't like releasing exclusives in the fall, but they can secure a constant sense that they're releasing a ton of exclusives every year if they give out a big list of games that might not make it for a few years.

They get a win-win. Horizon made everyone's top 10 PS4 games of 2016 list. Now it'll also make everyone's top 10 PS4 games of 2017 list. It's almost as if Sony got two games in one.

That's a bummer, it was my second most anticipated PS4 game of the year.

Or maybe they've delayed the game so GG can upgrade and make a Neo version?
