How awesome is it? I can be playing against someone from 1000 miles away, shoot him, and have him die with almost no delay. I created this thread, so people here can put aside their sytems wars, and just discuss how far online multi has come and how great it is.
Gaming has come a long way to this days... not long ago, I was watching "The Cable Guy" (Jim Carrey movie) and he said that in the future (back then) we would be able to play MK with some other guy across the globe and I was like "that should've sound a lil farfetched back in those days, but look at us now!!"

Yeah, some of my buds love the whole killing noobs thing but I prefer a good, tough, hard fought match online. Or communicating and working together like in L4D or horde mode in Gears 2.

Same here. I enjoy nothing more than winning a close match against a team of honest, skilled players.
