How can a game on both PC/360 be a 360 "Exclusive"?

im not trolling or anything...you know im a messenger for sw bringin news to you..so no harm intended..just to clarify.. :)

i had this question when i saw in several threads that they consider -Bioshock,Mass effect,Gears of war,etc..-an Xbox 360 Exclusive when in fact it is also available on the PC....

so how does that work :?

It doesn't.

System Wars policy counts the PC as equally as any other platform. Releasing a game on the PC takes away potential sales from the console version, just as any other multi-platform title would. That's why PC/360 games are not exclusives.

For a game to be exclusive, it must be only on one CONSOLE. Therefore, the PC is not considered a console, cause not everyone can dish out 3000 dollars every 2 years so they can get Crysis running. hashimgillani1

according to most cows, they think that the ps3 stole an exclusive from the 360 when they heard they were getting Bioshock.

For a game to be exclusive, it must be only on one CONSOLE. Therefore, the PC is not considered a console, cause not everyone can dish out 3000 dollars every 2 years so they can get Crysis running.hashimgillani1

Yeah, no such thing as 360 exclusive if it's on PC. That's why I have Mass Effect for my PC and I'm definitely not getting any future versions on the 360. It would be dumb to downgrade to that version.

Also, another game I'm planning to get for the PC is Devil May Cry 4. I want to try out the legendary mode. It should be awesome. If RE5 and Bionic Commando come out for the PC, then I know which versions I'm getting :)

Maybe their argument is that since most games on the 360 are inferior to games on the PC, it should be considered whole brand new games ;)

However, when you are comparing the Wii/PS3 to the 360, and you bring up a 360/PC game, you can't just say "multiplat, doesn't count".
