How can anyone enjoy Black Ops after playing Bad Company 2/Vietnam?

Don't get me wrong I used to love BLOPS and have put in over 2 days worth of multiplayer with a k/d of 1.96 or something like that. I just bought BFBC2 and I can't say enough about this game. It's pure awesome. For a change of pace I tried going back to BLOPS and it felt like the game was on fast forward and it was just plain boring. I think BFBC2 ruined CoD for me.. Anyone else feel this way?

I played a nice amount of BC2 before BO came out. I like to switch between both. BO pisses me off when I get on the wrong side of lag (happens to everyone), and BC2 pisses me off when your whole team are snipers and nobody actually attacks the stations.

Either way, playing with friends really makes both games a lot better.

I haven't tried Bad Company 2 yet, but Black Ops wasn't that good anyways.

It's all about preferences.

I enjoy both because they're different... Blops is a fast paced arcade shooter, BC2 aims for realism. I always loved arcade shooters, I like being a lone wolf. Anyway I spend most of my time in FFA in Blops... In BC2 I do my best to help the team and stick with my squad. It annoys the **** out of me when people don't spot :/

I enjoy both, although I don't get nearly as pissed at BC2 as I do at BO.

I got BC2 on day one, got BO a month later after release and still enjoy BO.

Enjoy both, maybe BO a little more as i like the faster pace, not having to rely on your teammates style. Lone wolf FTW. Yet to buy Vietnam which is odd because i used to be a massive Battlefield fan and bought everything on launch but i dont know, not in a real rush to get it yet.

I tried BF BC 2. Hated it. Everyone is either A. Sniping and not playing the OBJ, or B. Sitting in a tank. To slow paced for me. And this is from someone who played the hell outta the first.

I never understood why people have to use BC2 to argue against COD. It's literally the flagship game of the anti-COD movement :|. Honestly, even though BC2 is better than Black Ops, there are games that far surpass BC2, such as TF2, or even Battlefield 2.

I don't like Bad Company. I'm half way through the campaign but can't be bothered to finish it. Black Ops campaign was OK, but BC2s is pretty bad imo. If you're talking about mutiplayer idk, never liked MP FPSes. hexashadow13

I got bfbc2 pc for xmas and am about 2 hours in. So far I agree that the story is mediocre, but at least I know what's going on all the time, unlike in black ops. Story aside though, I just find the gameplay of battlefield to be a lot more enjoyable.

I dont get why people tend to bash COD games? SO they put one out every year...SO MILLIONS of people like them...IS that a bad thing? SHould they put out games people dont like?? Would that make people here happy?

AND TC everyone LIKES different things man...Thats how it goes. Some people like Teken, some people like DOA. Some like Porche, some like Lambos..Its choice. COD is a fine game...FINE game indeed.

Surprisingly enough, I feel the opposite. I can't play BC2 after I played Black Ops. Maybe I've just learned to adjust to the faster pace, but now BC2 feels slow, and quite frankly, more frustrating. Too many snipers and too much spawn trapping.

HELL YES. its great, im playin it right now, the map is loading. sooo good.

if you are playing the battle field games for their single player then you are doing it wrong. MP is where its at.

Agreed. Still, that's half of the game that sucks, and DICE really needs to polish their campaigns better. I couldn't even finish BC1's campaign because of how boring it was.

I beat BC2 SP on the hard difficulty was decent not better than the 1st one though. The MP I could never get in to it, I found the maps to be too big, and not enough players to fill them up. And sniping in the game is too easy, and its what most of the players do in the game. Not my type of game, I cant stand it tbh.

I'll always enjoy battlefield more than cod, but i still play both and have fun with each...
