Honestly thats the stupidest thing i've ever seen. Whats the explanation behind That? They could have atleast gave him a fish bowl on his head. I think Nintendo needs to think more.

Magic Luma in his cap.

How does Master Chief brush his teeth if he's always wearing his helmet?

Why does almost every video game character never change clothes? How the hell does Mario shoot fire from his hand. Why does Kratos always yell. How can Master Chief keep good hygiene and clean his face under the helmet? His bad breath shoulda been killed him. Simple answers really. Because they're video games not reality.

I would expect that from a Wii owner.. but really.

GT5 isn't realistic? thats all I can think of ATM, but there are more games that go for realism. mostly racing games, but still, I'm right. There are some games, like Mario, and LBP and Banjo (most platformers, come to think of it) That aren't anywhere near realistic, and don't even try.

Then theres games that aim for a touch of "Hollywood" or "Futuristic"realism, like GTAIV, Motorstorm, Burnout, Halo, Resistance, Gears... Well, you know, nearly all the FPS games.

And then there are the games that are damn-near photo realistic like GT5, and some other racing games. I'd say Crysis, but the only thing realistic about that game are the graphics. Everything else is over-dramatized, or "futuristic". I.E. "Hollywood".

So yeah. :D

EDIT: ON a side note, this convorsation is rather irrelevant. So lets end it eh?

Going for realism is different than actual realism. Since no video game can achieve actual realism since they are simulations at best, all video games, by default, are not realistic.

Wow. serious? You win. No game this gen will be real. Sorry, i didn't know he meant absolute real, like jump in your TV and get shot and you bleed out and die IRL real. sorry for that misunderstanding. I thought we were talking realistic for video games. not real.

*sigh*

Whatever. you win, i'm out. I'm not a big fan of pointless arguing against closed minded fellows.

simulation can be realistic. There is a difference between "realistic" and "real", realistic is just belivably close to reality, not being the reality itself

Mario eats mushrooms to gain extra power.

people try that in the real world too but it never works. hence the game is not realistic

No GT5 is not realistic for one thing it has no damage and 2 it doesn't feel like real driving, there is no button for the clutch, no gear stick, no indicators, sure the handling might apparently be realistic but how would 90% of people know, I've never driven a Ferrari at 100 mph.

Every game has some sort of unrealistic element, like how FPS are all realistic using cover and stuff, then you have magical health that can recharge...

Buy a Logitech steering wheel. GT supports clutch as well. And ya know, there are Civic's and other econo-boxes in GT4 if you want something you might be able to compare to in real life... But yeah, the reality line in video games died the moment someone had the bright idea to play table tennis on an o-scope instead of using the table in the rec room.

I'm more curious as to how you ignore the existance of a giant talking turtle that can spit fire or a witch turtle that can fly and instead focus on the lack of oxygen in space.

They have but one weakness. It's in the crack.
