Japan new numbers show the OLD psp selling 4K more units than the VITA, whats up with that? how much difference in price is the Vita to the psp? best buy has the psp for $169 and VIta will cost $90 more. i think people are getting confused here, Sony should have name the vita psp 3 or psp 4 , maybe people are thinking they picking up the new psp? lol
Easy, it could be hacked with custom firmware. My original fat PSP is still one of the best handheld devices I own.

ok set aside the haxin, i bet most people that got those 15k psp r not gonna hax it, but why get a old system when u can get the new one for $90 more. something is not rigth here, i think people r getting confuse with the vita, i mean the old psp looks exactly as the vita. The 3ds has a 3Din front of the name, but PSP only has the VITA added.
I think the financial climate has changed. Less consumers are willing to pay more than $200 for a handheld imo. Couple that with Sony's ridiculous proprietary memory card thing and the system is at or above what many want to pay for home consoles. It just isnt good business sense, imo. Sony has excelled at that this gen.
Has no JRPGs yet, give it time till more JRPGs come for it and will be famous in no time

no doubt when more games come out but still bro, why buy a old psp when u can buy the new one? Makes nonsense. I think sonny needs to change that VITA at teh end, and cal it PSP 3 , learn from appe and samsung, GALAXY 2, IPHONE 2 , 3 ,4 ETC . makes more sense, Paystation, paystation 2, playstation 3, should have done the same with the PSP

how is it crap? so far i hear it has more advance technology than 3ds, better screen, better everything, the only bad thing is the memory sticks and the price of the psp vita
