for the ps3 it was an excellent year, we hadnt seen games like infamous in the history of gaming, KZ2 pretty much destroyed the FPS genre, a couple platformers like ratchet etc which are platformerOTY IMO. lets see, MLB the show was solid as usual best baseball game ever, GOTY Uncharted 2 brought standards to gaming that raised the bar and destroyed every other game out there (GOTY most likely right here) and last but not least, the beautiful idea that was Demons Souls, this game just hooks you all the way to the intense end. oh and 360 had some nice expansion packs this year. GTA4 was amazing 10/10 and even tho the expansion packs were inferior (9/10) im sure it was still great, 360 owners buy GTA4 and support Rockstar!

Wii - Dissapointing 360 - Meh... still bought most multiplat games on it, but as far as exclusives wasn't too impressed. PS3 - Pretty solid year. PC - Got back to Diablo 2...and spent most of the time playing that. Blizzard is amazing.

I think Demon's Souls made the PS3 the best system to own this year. Other than that it was pretty much meh the whole year. Halo ODST = meh, U2 = meh, K2 = meh, FM3 = meh and I don't even know what came out for the Wii. Still, like I said, Demon's Souls is the one game everyone should have. Can't wait for next year with Mass Effect 2, God of War 3, Metroid Other M, Halo Reach and others coming.

PS3 did pretty well. Bunch of good games this year. Very solid. Wii...well...I got Sonic 2 on virtual console and that was pretty fun. PC (yes not a console but quiet it's going here too) has done decent. First half of the year was mostly playing older games but recently things have picked up with Borderlands, DA:O and soon Left 4 Dead 2. PS3 thus far has been best for me this year. I don't own a 360 and I haven't played any of the titles released this year yet and right now I honestly don't care if I do right now.

Well 1 was a $60 expansion for a 2 year old game, and another was 2 $20 DLCs for a game that is well over a year old. Hope you liked Forza 3 though. I'll continue playing new games

Yea a generic FPS that's got a 91 on meta, a lame attempt at a sandbox game that's got a 9 here on GS and one of the highest rated games this gen. With a 96 on meta with 100 REVIEWS.
