Ut3 is garbage stick with the older UT games like 2k4 Gh0st_Of_0nyx
ut2k4 is garbage the maps are boring as crap now, well they should be i was one of the people who bought ut2k4 when first released, im sick of the whole look of the game and maps boring now so i play ut3.
I've owned UT3 since release on PC. At first, wasn't as good as UT2k4. The recent patch though that added a load of stuff, definitely prefer UT3 over UT2k4 now. Frankly though, no unreal game even compares to UT2k4 in terms of epicness. Sooo many maps in that game and so much fun.
Nope different maps, better physics, ability to fake dead,hoverboard. ut2k4 is played out move on people you can only play the game so many times.bigmommashouse4
UT3 is certainly no UT2k3, but it definitely lacks something intangible that UT2k4 had. Having said that, I've been playing a whole lot more of UT3 now that the patch is out, as it solves a few of my gripes with the game. And it looks a lot better than 2004.

The gameplay is pretty much the same, but they added some new things. Things such as a new turret, new vehicle features, better bot AI, improved server browser, overhauled UI, achievements, and a couple other things.
Its worse than UT04, and almost killed the fast paced, twitch shooter. Says alot about it. Hell the release of 'UT3 Black' still hasn't got me back into it, despite adding it to steam.
I've yet to update the game, but... I may someday. I just didn't enjoy UT 3 much, but maybe the path really did add enough to play it again. yoshi_64
I just got finished playing Warfare with the Titan mutator and it was insane. The only thing that I couldn't find today was a good Deathmatch game, which is odd because I had no trouble finding one two days ago. :? Anyway, if you already own the game I think it is definitely worth checking out.
I did enjoy UT3 a lot when it first launched, but it certainly isn't as good as UT2004. This and the miniature community caused me to loose interest rather quickly. However, with the new patch and a somewhat larger community, UT3 is a lot more interesting to me now.
Lackluster is the word that comes to mind...I have it on the PC and had it on the PS3 and it was fun for about a min. then it got old, it just didn't have the magic the other ones had and I played and loved all the previous ones 2k3 included.
Not to mention it has THE WORST sp campaign EVER to be in a shooter. Seriously its a big joke, the worst part about it is they tried to make a story out of it and justify capturing the flag as real war-time critical objectives, its hirlariously bad.
At least the old ones said it was a bloodsport and it made sense. Hell the last battle in UT99 was actually quite cool and good. But this, this is just sad.

lol no ut2k4 > halo 3 > killzone 2 > rfom > gears > other online games > ut3 ut3 was horrible online imo. Nobody really plays it, more people play ut99 than they play ut3 and 2k4 is just amazing. They seem to always take out the best modes when making a new one. Had assault stayed in 3 it might go ut2k4 > Halo 3 > UT3. Halo is the best multiplayer on console period, and tbh its prolly better than a lot of pc online games (controls withstanding i understand kb/m > controller)
UT3 is alright. Gameplay can get way frantic. Worst single player experience for a fps too :(

unreal games were all about multiplayer. i do agree i bought 3 for the xbox 360 it was boring. i found out that it is dead online. the older ones are so much better then 3.

Halo is the best multiplayer on console period, and tbh its prolly better than a lot of pc online games (controls withstanding i understand kb/m > controller) i dont see any difference between ut2k4 and ut3, ive been playing ut since ut championship edition and before that. the only difference is characters and that doesnt make me not like ut3 ut3 plays faster and more fluidly than halo 3, thats why its better the weapos are better and more fun to use the vehicles are better and more fun to use you cant hoverboard on halo 3 I HAVE MASTER CHIEFS SKIN ON UT3, AND I LOVE TO WHATCH MASTER CHIEF HOVERBOARD LIKE N BACK TO THE FUTURE 2 THE MOVIE the level designs in ut3 knock halo 3's maps out of the water its just more creative and artisticly inclined people are too picky nowadays when it comes to ut sequals its the same gameplay mechanics just a few minor changes people dont like it...
