I've never have gotten mad at a multiplayer game because if you keep getting killed, whatever. You're worse than the person you're playing. Who cares?
I've gotten mad a few times at single player games. The reason why they piss me off is because when boss fights or the level is that hard, it pisses me off that someone (The developer) actually sat at a computer and was like, "Hey! I'm going to make this boss so hard!!! Hehehe!"
And the thing that pisses me off the most is getting stun-locked, or not being able to do anything. You get knocked down once, and keep getting knocked down until you die.
These are all the times I've gotten mad at a game:
1. SSX Tricky (PS2) - I was like in 5th grade I guess. I remember not being able to beat a level, I threw the controller and a button broke. That was the first time I ever got mad at a game, and learn my lesson not to break stuff.
2. Banjo Tooie (N64) - I played it again last year, and I was trying to kill this boss in Grunty's Industries. My controller kept bugging out, so I got PISSED. Also, no one was home, so I went all out. If someone was home, I would have just turned the game off and went to bed. I just was screaming a lot. I didn't break anything.
3. Assassin's Creed (PC) - The game was so easy, except for the second to last assassination (If I remember right). I couldn't do it for like 3 times, then I got pissed. I remember hitting the controller on my head a good amount of times. Then I beat it the try after.
4. No More Heroes 2 (Wii) - I was doing one of the last bosses, and it turns out I was doing it wrong. I didn't realize you could roll, and without that, the boss is IMPOSSIBLE. So I did the boss three times, and died all three times. I seriously could NOT be more calm. Then I lost again, got pissed. Just hit the controller on my head once or twice, gave myself a good dead-leg then turned the game off.
Then I looked up how to do the boss fight and it was pretty easy.
Besides those times, I really haven't gotten mad at a video game.
