How High will GT7 sell?

Gtsport, while having half the content of a regular GT Game sold over 8 million copies, surpassing GT6 on PS3, this was also due to the massive cuts In the price, although PD did and excellent job updating the game with free content.

GT7 on the other hand is a return to form, bringing back Classic tracks, used cars, GT mode, license test and and many other features that Millions of users Have been begging for, that were missing from GTsport, so I’m really interested in seeing if GT7 can become the best selling GT of all time.

It’s also rumored to be a PS5 launch game.

I think gamers are thirsty for a new Gran Turismo especially most people moving to ps5 from xbox one I think this game could be ps5's forza and then xbox gamers won't miss not having forza anymore.

That's great, nevermind that Forza Motorsport started as (now again IS) a knock-off of Gran Turismo.

Likely very well, especially if it's either a launch title or launch window game. If it releases early and they continue to support it then it will likely be up there in the top 3 although surpassing A Spec would be insane. I'm in on this one after skipping the last couple. I'd say easily 10 million plus. Launch window game though on a new console with momentum... man I don't know... I could see it being the best selling GT by the end on next gen since it will be there the whole time or damn close.

GT7 would be a console seller. I bought my PS2 packaged with GT3 (first console I purchased entirely on my own) and I'd buy a PS5 packaged with GT7.

3 was a packaged game and sold insanely well. SONY would be missing out on a golden opportunity not to have a GT7 bundle if it's ready at launch.

10-12 million if it reviews well.

GT had its day, but there’s been some terrible entries as of late and Forza’s stolen its fire. I mean, even Cars are better games lol.

GT7 will sell well, it looked great in the slides of PS5 games in or near the launch. Not sure how much, I'll say maybe 6 mill ? Could depend on the online and how it is on the PS5 itself.

Definitely should sale a bit high as a simulation racing series, maybe it sales a solid figure overall.

im glad there doing fable give them a break from forza. i think forza was heading in that direction to. after 6 grand games i think people just got bored with it. ps5 version looks great but not my type of game.

forza would become stale after while unless they figure out new direction on how the game plays or new modes etc.

grand just don't add new game modes. same racing feel after another.

If it's a launch game, I'd imagine it will do very well. That'll get people who aren't even that interested in it to get the game, just to see what their new console can do.

Then claimed to own every car and houses which again achievements proved you had not.

You were level 70 odd back then which sounds a lot but isn't, i've hit max level 200, been reset and i'm back up to 200 again.

Tho i will admit, playground games must’ve read my “forza horizon 4 is boring, here’s how you can improve it” thread, because every suggestion I talked about in my thread was pretty much addressed and added to the game, which made it fun and more enjoyable, Just saying...such as.....

Adding toyota and Mitsubishi...they did

Adding more wheels/color options..they

did

Adding more body kits and customizaton..they did

Adding more tire spacing for more cars..they did.

Fixing the sounds for various cars..they did

Playground has been updating the game since release, i think update 26 was released a week or so ago, so they will always add stuff, and if the additions you wanted in the game weren't there then you could of just went with that, but you went full blown liar when asked questions about the dlc etc (not from me) to try embellish your stats to prove you've played the game more than you have, and shit on it without just cause.

Sure we can let bygones be bygones, but just know that i've played more Forza than any person here (over 200hrs in each and every game, both Horizon & Motorsport) and knows the games inside & out, and i will call BS when i see it.

the only thing i remembered from GT was GT3 with those 3 hour endurance tracks. I tied two rubber bands on the dualshock so it'll run that oval track while I was away.

If they put it on PC, which I think is entirely possible, I imagine it will sell really well.

If they can release early enough in the cycle, and not pull a GT Sport, i'd say a solid amount of the userbase on the system's release. Lifetime? Probably in line with past titles at around 8-10 million or so.
