Also it could be Persona 4 had a battle system that is more fun than LO, it also has alot of other stuff to it. I loved LO, it seems Persona 4 is a better RPG. I haven't played it yet, but I played alittle bit of Persona 3 FES and found it to be great.

STORY: Is a rehash of the first

Oh really? Different antagonist, different reason for fighting, the game of destiny, competing Mega Men, what Pandora and Prometheus really are, all the plot twists and double crosses, and the ending?

Some how I wonder if they even finished the game. Well they did claim that it was super difficult which I didn't really think it was.

As a gamer who played approximately 30+ RPGs last gen and most of this gen's, LO isn't that impressive, while Persona 4 is.110million

you want to know why Persona 4 outscored Lost Odyssey? Its because Persona 4 doesn't have a wanna-be badass main character. Kaim has to be the worst character ever made. Marcus Fenix is more exciting than him.

You completely missed the objective of my post. It's pathetic that people are angry. I'm calling it: This game has only been out for 3 days, and people are angry? Why? Well, I'm damn sure that 99.9% of the people who are complaining haven't even played the game yet. So why would they be angry? Oh, it's about console..

well it's not hypocritical, if they were being not "plastic" about their review.

at least SMT series brings/brought something new to the table...

LO brought in a very involving storyline, very appealing characters, and a very mehhhhh battle system...

even Tales of Vesperia is greater then Lost Odyssey.

From the look sof it you are one of those people who argue with "You probably haven't even played the game /thread" types of arguments than actually discussing the matter. You are questioning whether he played the game or not, not arguing that one is better than the other. But lets say he did play the game. What makes his opinion of the game any less than yours or the next person in line? Yes I do know what this thread is. However you seem to be taking it off on a tangent of "He didn't really play the game" rather than actually discussing the matter at hand which is "Why was one game rated so highly over another with much the same battle system". Perhaps you should explain the differences in the battle systems rather than just writing it off as he didn't play the game or finish it.BumFluff122
