NSMB has been in the top 10 every month since it was released last may. Were catching up to a full year of being in the top 10. How much longer will it last?

Why this argument again? The game is not a remake. It has different levels, multiplayer, power ups, graphics, and sound. It is not the same game.

Because a game like NSMB being released for DS was a match made in heaven that TOOK Nintendo LONG ENOUGH to finally realize. I really hate how much they're holding back on the DS, there's so much potential that they're just not exploting at all, and it's pissing me off.

Games in general always have flaws. Doesn't mean we should withdraw from it. Not every game is going to be perfect and there are some that people enjoy despite the score.

Also, Gameboy 3 won't change the environment much, especially if it plays like another PSP/GB.

What do you mean by clear flaws"? Doesn't every console have it's majority of games like that? If Ds games don't appeal to you that's fine, but there are a on of great games out there that many including myself can't put down. Not every game has to be perfect, or even AAA.

Every system has games with clear flaws, it's the nature of the beast.

I don't see how piling on a new system will change the problems that handhelds this gen currently have. PSP has loading issues, and the DS isn't as powerful as it could be. Doesn't mean GB3 wouldn't have it fair share of issues either. You're never going to have a perfect gaming machine.

Further more I don't see how rattling off AAA titles. Games don't need to be AAA to be great, nor do gaming libraries need to have a lot of AAA titles to be great either.

Let me just say this to end this conversation: Darkfall is graphically and artistically horrible to look at, amateurish and promises more than what it can deliver. If all the big headed PvPers are fleeing to the game, all the better. Less egotistical morons to deal with in WoW.

Hmm.. not sure. I just got FF VI though and it's really awesome right now. Though I'm only about 5 hours in, I'm almost done with FF XII so I have to put VI down right now... Then I need Lunar Knights, Hotel Dusk and I have to finish a few more DS games...>.>

New Super Mario Bros. is a great game, but by no means the best game for DS. Yoshi's Island DS is superior, and honestly, I even prefer Mario vs. DK 2.

When people realise nsmb is very overrated and downright sucks compared to SMB 1,3 and SMW. Heck, even SMB2 is better.

nsmb is disappointing. We waited 10+ years and thats all they gave us. Super Princess Peach is better than that trash known as nsmb.

Bingo...I would love that. Hell, break out the old equipment. I know Nintendo has some 5.25" floppy disks with data on it in a storage room full of old development equipment from the past...

I still havent even picked up the game yet and I plan on doing so soon. I just finally was able to get my hands on the DS Lite. I knew people were saying they were selling good but I didnt know they were selling so good they were sold out. I had to go to 6 different stores to find one and it was the last one there so I was in luck.
