Kinect Compatible does NOT equal Kinect required.

MS has the three new Kinect Compatible IP's that might be shown off in Project Draco, Codename D, and Haunt.
They might have Steel Battalion to show off.
They're going to need to spotlight Gears and Forza.
They might have Halo:CE remake to show off.
They might have Rise of Nightmares to show off.
They might have Codename Kingdoms to show off.
On top of those nine exclusives I've no idea how many multi-plats MS will show. Since those 9 are only the one's we know about and there will certainly be several games we don't know about yet and presumably 1-2 of those will be exclusive, that might leave enough time for 5-6 other games (or more depending on how they organize their show) that are multi-plat to highlight.
If FFvs.13 goes multi-plat they might well promote it to make sure people know its on the 360 too as they did with GTAIV, MGS:R, and FF13.
The rest depends on what they bring to the table. If they're a multi-plat far along on Kinect implementation they might be included to show off that capability (just like MS did with Child of Eden and Sony did for Move with the multi-plat Tiger Woods. If they offer exclusive content (just like MS did with CoD DLC and Sony did with the multi-plat Portal 2 and its Steam integration or Sony did with Dead Space 2 and extraction) they might be spotlighted for that reason.
