How much have you spent on video games this year?

Under my current records, $611. At least $150 went towards games that I didn't particularly enjoy or like. Overall, it's equivalent to two weeks worth of pay for me.

All of the games were purchased on either Steam, Green Man Gaming, or Amazon Digital. This marks the first year in which I haven't purchased a single physical game.

The games I'm going to get are: Dishonored, New Super Mario Bros. U, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, Assassin's Creed III (probably), I will get The Witcher 2 on the Steam Holiday Sale I missed out on it during the Summer Sale. Edit* I'm also getting Crashmo for the 3DS eShop and Paper Mario Sticker Star.

I always have money for games. I did regret buying a lot of indie games on sale, though. But, I only have two more purchases to make this year (Medal of Honor: Warfighter, Dishonored), and I doubt I'll be getting anything during the Steam Christmas sale.

The only full priced games I got this year are Max Payne 3, Darksiders 2 and RE6. I did get a bunch of old games on Ebay for cheap, so I say around $250-300.

$7000 is rather high.

If I were to only buy $60 games I'd be able to buy 116 games with $7000.

Even if I had $10 million I still don't think I'd spend that much money on games. It's just too many games for me to beat.

About 350-400$ and i'm not counting the AC III Freedom Editon and Hitman Absolutions Deluxe edition ! Aslo getting a Vita + few games, so it will end around 800-1000$ !

And I still want to buy AC3, AC3:L, and possibly Black Ops 2 and PlayStation All-Stars. I kinda feel sick now :P

Well, the reason is I use my PC for things other than gaming. My PS3 is strictly gaming + Amazon Instant Video.

Probably between $600 - $700.
The year isn't even over yet, so there's definitely more to come. Might be picking up a new video card soon as well.

100 Euros :). Got FFXIII-2 (garbage game) for free and Revelations (amazing) also for free. I only bought Tekken Tag 2 and Resident Evil 6. Poor year for gaming all round, alot of flops.

I prefer not to keep track. My wallet doesn't remember the pain that way.siLVURcross
