How much money did you make off selling Steam Trading Cards? (Steam FTW)

People have been selling their cards from as little as 25 cents to 10 dollars on certain cards its quite a neat idea Valve as come up with selling cards for some cash to buy games

More of a PC section discussion Id think.

I'd guess between $10-15, though I have spent some to buy cards for my favorite games

I tried selling one card... for $0.95 but I think the market value on it went down significantly so it didn't sell.

So that would bring my total sales to $0.00 :P

I only made 5 dollars so far but a least I can save up to get a game that I want when its on sale

Only a few bucks. Currently have ~ 20 summer cards and I'm just holding on to them, waiting for the day when collectors will pay a few bucks per card (yeah I know that might be a while).

I undercut one of the cards about 10 cents and it sold in about 3 seconds.

Sold all during the sale and got about 3.50

Around 5 euros.

I sold 0 and bought 0... I care 0 as well.

Probably about $5 or so. I won't lie, it has made me play some games I hadn't played in a while like Saint's Row 3 and Binding of Isaac. I made like $3 off of stuff in TF2 I never use.

During the beta, I was selling the cards for roughly $0.80 each.

During the sale, I made around $6.

Almost $15.

The cards I have all went from around 2 dollars to 10 cents, probably because of the summer sale.

About 2 to 3 euro.

Edit: Found out how. Can't as steam is blocking me because I reset my password not that long ago.

I honestly lost count how much money I've made, but I also lost count how much money I spent buying cards to craft my badges.  I sell rare/uncommon emoticons and backgrounds for fair high price based on the market value so I recover alot of my money sometimes.  I'm looking at the bigger picture though and in it for the long run, having a higher steam rating to increase my chances, where I will profit from booster packs, foils, etc and start netting profit.

Higher steam level increases your drop rating for rare stuff.  I personally noticed now that im in the 30's as far as steam level that my booster pack and foil card acquirement has increased since I leveled up.  Here, this is taken directly from the steam trading card FAQ.

Once eligible, your Steam Level increases your rate of receiving a booster pack drop:

• Level 10: +20% increase in your drop rate
• Level 20: +40% increase in your drop rate
• Level 30: +60% increase in your drop rate
• Level 40: +80% increase in your drop rate
• Level 50: +100% increase in your drop rate (i.e. the rate has doubled)
• Etc.

about a fiver im really surprised people pay money for them and i still have some :)

great way to get a free game or 2 in the sale though :)
