I wanna sell my wii because i haven't used it in a while. I have everything that came in the box and a extra controller, and 8 wii games. Just wondering how much gamestop would give me?

If you want to sell it, you should try ebay or craigslist first (if that's possible for you). You will most likely get more money there then anywhere else.
If those options are not possible or you do not like it, you can also try to see how much Toys R Us may give you for the system (certain stores do not accept trade-ins so you may want to call before going in and see how much you will get).
Is there anyone you know that wants a Wii or is willing to buy one? If you find someone near you, negotiating a fair price shouldn't be a problem.
Lastly, make sure you do not want to own the Wii anymore. You do not want to go through the post-selling mindset saying "why did I sell it? I could have played X game and Y game." If you're completely sure, go ahead.
I recommend going to Gamestop as a last resort since they are they will possibly give you the least amount of money for your trade-ins.
[QUOTE="aca247"]you got a 360 with 11 games with just $200? :? He's making stuff up. I doubt GS would even give $200 for a Wii at launch; and if they did, it would only be because it was in such high demand at the time. Also, GS hardly ever prices their games under retail price, so getting such a good deal is almost impossible. I think I've spent less than $200 on my Arcade 360 and have about 10 games, but that's because I got it when Target was clearing inventory to make room for the Slims.at least 200 dollars, i hated my wii sold it, and got a 360 and 11 games

Whatever the price is, it will be less than you can get selling the stuff on Craigslist or Ebay, hell I sold my Wii for a profit on CL, it will take a couple days but I think it's worth it, plus you don't constantly get bombarded with deals.FIipMode

There is no way anyone here would know, especially since Gamestops differ in all areas. Id say just run down there with all your stuff. You will almost always get more by selling on ebay though.Call them and ask them or go and and see.

I'd recommend selling the games $20-30 each and the Wii for about $100-120 on Amazon.com. Probably make a lot more money that way.
