How popular is the Xbox360 in School?

Let me tell you during launch there is a xbox360 table where where nothing but white kids talk about xboxlive and games.I have no choice but to sit with them and the worst I am a ps3 owner. When I try to talk about the ps3 they say the ps3 has low sales, less games, and there is nothing special about.What should I do?

Create an evil PS3 world dominating organisation, and take your revenge!

Or talk about multiplat games that you can share the experience with :P

i bet if you ask them what are you guys playing they will say halo 3. lol because most school kids play that game.

but really find some new friends if your not allowed to talk about something they don't have. like my friend he has an 360 but we talk about each console with out hate and about multiplats ect.

Were not trying to make this into a console war. It's split in our school really, maybe ps3 a tiny bit more, but honestly i gave up on argueing about console's years ago at my school.

People in grade 9 talk about the 360, but the grade 10s and up talk about the PS3 more often.

My college has mostly PCGamers surprisingly :|

White kids=360

Asian kids= Wii

Brown kids= PS3 and anything Sony related

Black kid= PS3 and anything Sony related

One Asian kid likes PC and 360

One white kid like Wii

One brown kid likes Wii

The girls like the Wii the most

This is just in my class and is probably different in other places

in my school it goes somthing like this in system popularity/most owners

Wii:4 people own

360:4 people own

ps3:2 people own

I'm not gonna brag or anything but my community is "well off" and the xbox 360 is definitely more popular amongst students. I think you go to any north american high school and you'll find X360 to be more popular than ps3.

Yeah, I know. It's weird as hell, but all my friends had XBox's last generation. No one had a PS2. I had a GameCube. This generation, it's XBox 360 all the way. For me, it's the Wii. I kick ass at debating, so I don't even have to try, because I win every single time, even if it is everyone against me.

In my school most people socialize about 360 99% of the time and we all talk about our Halo matches, lol :) Halo 3 is the best social game to play with friends online, people always getting 360s and LIVE too, cool to add tons of people you know

Also: My friends kept making fun of the crosshairs used to aim in Warhawk when we were at a friends house. lol, they are pretty big and square

when there is someone trying to say how a PS3 is better then 360, my litle sister, who isnt even into gaming, serves them. Its all about the 360, then Wii, and then PS3.

Dont confuse increasing PS3 sales with gamers buying them. They are merely movie buffs who want a cheap bluray player.

I got to a high school of about 2,000 and all I ever hear talk about is the Xbox 360. I only know of one kid who has a PS3.

At my school, it's probably something like 360 > PC > PS3 > Wii.

From anecdotal evidence, most people play the Xbox 360 for games like Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Halo 3, then the PC for World of Warcraft (although there was one kid who was telling his friends how awesome Crysis was), then the PS3 for sports games like Madden. I only know of two people who have Wiis at my school, and they're both Nintendo fanboys.

Xbox 360 is probably the most popular platform at my school, but i wouldn't consider the majority of its owners big gamers. there is one kid who claims to play 10 hours a day and thinks the 360 is the greatest thing conceived by man - he's the definition of a fanboy.infect999
