Well so far there hasn't been a single game release on the Wii that was made on Wii hardware. Wait for Madden 08, Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy for that answer. Oh wait Scarface for the Wii is a port of the Xbox version and it has better textures, better lighting, the draw distance is further, and doesn't have slowdown in the areas that the Xbox version has slow down.

Xbox 1 had better looking games than PS2, thanks to its sligthlybeefier hardware...thats a fact. Look it up. And if its better than the PS2 and xbox, is that supossed to becool or what??????, perhaps you didnt know, we are on the next gen, those graphics are so old...lol:P

Let Nintendo show you how powerful it is, and the devs also. We will realy see what under the hood with the big 3 coming out soon.

The 'Cube had horrible 3rd party support, so a lot of devs arfe not familiar with the architecture. Yes, the Wii is GameCube archtecture just like my old Pentium3 600 MHz pcis primarily the same archtecture as my P4 3.2 GHz pc. Show the devs what can be done and they will follow suit.

I love the people saying "show me a wii game that's better than xbox". Umm, guys, just because there isn't one out yet, doesn't mean it's impossible. There is simply no way any dev outside of nintendo could have a game that good looking out for the wii by now. Ya gota wait.goblaa

The hardware isnt new, its been out for more then 5 years (a full gen). Wouldent the devs have expierince in the wii by now?

My understanding is it is several times more powerful than the GC so probably 2x or so the xbox i would predict. Several games looks better than the xbox games such as super paper mario and wii sports (not that great but hey it looks good). It's not a night and day omg this blows it away diff yet but some games coming up look to be good for that.

Give the wii some time and we'll see what it can do since a bunch of the games so far are basically gc ports or games that were going to be for the gc but moved to the wii instead

Gamecube showed it early with Rogue Squadron. The Wii is an overclocked Gamecube, so it should be showing it right now. Because all developers have to do is add on their current knowledge to the 5 years of experience with the Gamecube. Stop with the excuses. Their is no potential for Wii. It pretty much topped out 1 year after its release, but that's what you get with a $250 budget console.

If the PS2 tapped out in 2007, and the Wii is not much further than the PS2, that means the Wii will also tap out very soon.

Definately better than PS2 but I think the Xbox has some graphical advantages in a few areas,such as shaders for bump mapping and realtime lighting etc,and Wii a couple of others, such as slightly faster chips in general etc...

Sheep try to compare Wii's technology potential to 360 and PS3's. Wii is old tech and PS3 and 360 is new especially PS3. There is no excuse.

lol. Umm....no. Please provide a link proving this. I can show you something where a dev says its ALMOST as powerful as an Xbox, but it's not more powerful than an Xbox.
