How well do you think MoH will do?

I know that in comparison to CoD it won't do too hot, but they are reviving a franchise that was once loved by many gamers including myself. I guess I just don't want them to fail miserably and make us wait quite a long time for another installment that is if they would even make another one.

Not as good as it should, considering CoD's riding onto a new game fresh off MW2, and Halo have just launched their most anticipated title yet.

You really think it'll do 1-1,5 mil in one week? I too want it to beat CoD. Not because of fanboyism but because I want more people to be exposed to the MoH brand. A lot of these kids have only played CoD any think its the best thing since sliced bread. They need to know there are other options.

If they do plenty of advertising then it should do fine, the game has what it takes to be on par with CoD so all it requires is a massive advertising campaign.JohnF111

I really want it to, because I never realised until now how much I missed it. CoD has too much of a cult following to slip its place just yet. We'll have to see where this game goes first.

The game is gonna be great but the beta dismissed alot of people, especially the COD fanboys. Everyone acts like betas are the final product and say they won't get it because of it. I posted links for all the improvements they made from the beta and the results are amazing. They even significantly upgraded the graphics along with alot of bug fixes and more content.Keiji993

Although it pains me to say it, I was one of those who preordered MW2. I never completed the Campaign (got halfway) and have played online for maybe a combined 45 minutes. I spend most of my time on that game on splitscreen with my gf and some friends. MoH looks promising along with the remastered frontlines.

I want this game to fail so badly simply because it did everything possible to be COD. The devs literally took the COD structure and MOH'd it.

If the final game is anything like the Beta, then the game will bomb. Ive played both the PC and the PS3 closed Beta. The upcoming open PC Beta shouldnt be much different.

Then you should know the similarity between MOH and COD4 is not the same as the similarity of two random FPS games.

Far from being cod4....Unless you think about the killstreaks.

Its more like linear version of Bc2 with balanced weapons/gameplay.
