How were Crysis 2's controls on the 360 for you?

I've heard the beta controls were horrible. What did you think of them? I won't be picking up the game up on consoles if it has sluggish controls a la KZ2. I know it was just a beta but it was released quite late and they wouldn't have released the beta in that state if the controls could have been improved.

The only problem was the delay on the jump, which just took some getting used to.

Ah ok, so the analog movement/look was fine and responsive. Good to know.

I found the controls fine. There was a reported "lag" in the controls, but I found no issue with it (whether it was fixed or not, i'm not sure). Like AAllxx said, the delay in the jump was the only real "problem", and that just took a couple of seconds to get used to.

The controls were good, but I prefer the power wheel from the first one as compared to switching with the bumpers. My only gripes:

Melee should not be one hit kill in this game.

Bad hit detection.

Armor mode should not drain energy constantly, it should onlydeplete when taking damage, like in the first one.

Pretty much your standard complaints. Other than that I am way stoked for this game.

it was pretty easy to get used to. i was really disappointed with the graphics though. maybe it was just that particular map that looked bad.

Poor it's a very underwhelming game, MP wise at least.
