I'm thinking if games came stored on a usb drive it would save us from having to change disc every time and could save the disc drive from over use and I know we can copy the game to the HDD but still less disc swapping if we can just switch out usbs and less space taken on the HDD.

I'm just seeing it as all your games on different usb devices that can't be moved, deleted, and nothing else can be stored on them. I don't know if that's possible but still it would be nice.

But I still want a disc option for those who don't want this so no feels like they're forced to do it.

The cost of a 16GB USB drive is prohibitively expensive when compared to a DVD or Blu-Ray.

there is a reason games went from being on cartridges (which is basically the same as a USB drive) to cd/dvd/blu-ray. It's a lot cheaper for the space.
