How you guys planning on playing CRYSIS

I'm not. My computer would take one look at it, do the metaphorical equivalent of a blink then a poke, then promptly proceed to explode.

I already have Descent 1 & 2 though, so I'm alright for shooters.

Ummm.....no, they had it running maxxed in DX10 on a single 8800GTX, a SINGLE CORE CPU, and 2GB of RAM. In DX9 they had it running maxxed on a 7800GTX, C2D CPU, and 2GB of RAM. Funny thing is, the game just moved into Alpaha stage, and isn't even optimized yet. All the screens and vids you have seen are from pre-alpha too. You fail.

and running sli 7900gt . i think my pc can run it at max settings easily.

Im going to try and run it on an Pentium 4 HT 2.8GHz 1.5GB Ram and a 7600GT. Maybe I'll get 10FPS on highest settings.Pro_wrestler

I think you will be able to run it on Medium or Low just fine.

I'm pretty sure if I even tried to run Crysis on my current PC, my DVD drive would pop open and just fall out in a futile attempt to save itself. :lol: Putting the disc in is as close as my PC can come to running it.

Luckily I'm getting a new computer in a couple months.
