how do you guys really take gs scores to the heart when they gave an obsolute horrid game like pdz a 9.1. but they gave the aaa title of march vf5 a 8.2.

I had hours and hours of fun with PDZ. To me it was worth an AAA rating. The MP was excellent.

 PDZ was actually a really great game.  I don't care if it gets made fun of or if you didn't like it.  Did you ever even play it?  

I had a great time with it and was absolutely fine with the score given to it.  Especially since it was one of the first next-gen games with nothing else to compare it to.  Maybe it deserved an 8.5...  or a 9.1....  or a 2.3....  get over it!  They are just reviews made by a person who does have his own opinions.  I have found that GameSpot reviews over all are very accurate DESPITE all the hype or hate.  I do not agree with every review to the tee...  that's because I have my OWN opinions.

It cracks me up when people post threads about PDZ scoring a 9.0.  This game came out in Nov. 2005.  It is March 2007.  How many reviews has gamespot done in the mean time.  Hundreds of reviews and you bring up one game.  Come on.  I don't see Crackdown 7.8, which is much lower than other sites, on your list of games that have received incorrect reviews.  Crackdown and Motorstorm very similar games from a review standpoint.  Great core of the game.  Both explained very well in the reviews.  But lack of variety in missions in Crackdown and lack of extras brought the score down.  Both games are where they deserve to be GOOD games.
