Hows PS4 better than xbox one?

People hate the fact that you cant play used games? thats not bad at all I never bought any used games since the halo 2 days. Constant online? no wrong you can play offline but you need to check in every 24 hours, thats not even bad since im going to be playing online most of the time. PS4 has better graphics whats new ps3 was stronger than xbox 360 and xbox 360 still did good last gen

PS+ is a much better value than Live. PS4 is cheaper. Sony has a much stronger first partykuraimen

1. You don't buy used games, other people do. If you've ever sold a game, MS's used game policy affects your ability to sell at a decent price as well.

2. You have an internet connection? So do most other people, but other people also see the deeper issue in question, which is our freedom and control over our gaming experience.

3. Do you not think that wanting to get better hardware for cheaper makes sense?

the manditory internet isnt a must its only every 24 hours. The only bad part I see is the used games but sales arnt in yet so we cant see which is bad

PS3 and Xbox 360 were neck and neck in terms of hardware.

But PS4 actually does edge out Xbox One this time around. Both in theory and in all likelihood in practice as well due to the similarities between the consoles on anything except GPU memory where PS4 has the edge.

PS3 was using the cell architecture which was notoriously difficult to develop for, hence why many multiplats looked worse. however ND was able to create exclusives matching or exceeding those of 360.  PS4 however is using the same x86 architecture of the X1 but with a better GPU and RAM, so there should be nothing holding it back from looking/performing better.  As for exclusives, they announced Kingdom Hearts 3, The Order to go along with KZ Sf and infamous SS as well as a number of exclusive deals with developers.  Obviously, the X1 also had a number of interesting exclusives.

You are not the whole gaming community. I don't buy used games, but I always rent some of my games. And have a stable internet connection, but there are others that hasn't.

Prior to the price announcement, the tone was pretty negative and disappointing for everyone watching Sony's E3. I think they did fail and disappoint as far as games go.percech

and this is a problem why? If you play multiplayer all the time I dont get it. It requires once a check in every 24 hours. This is not game breaking for some people like me since i'll be streaming on twitch or online most of the time.

For one console to be significantly more powerful, cheaper and contain simpler architecture than its competing console is unprecedented. The whole role reversal from the start of last gen is downright surreal. Never mind the DRM/online stuff.

Well, i bought lots of them.

And if my internet goes down for more than a day, which happens, then i can't play the console and games i paid for. Sounds fair...

360 and PS3 were similar in capabilities  (both had advantages over the other). PS4 seems to be significantly more powerful than X1.
