There is something about heavenly sword that i like better than halo 3. as far as the overall game goes, i do enjoy halo 3 alot more, but there is some technical thing that Heavenly sword does alot better.
if i am on any stage in heavenly sword, like the level where its just a vast army, all the enemies already exist in the game, all the items and things in the game are already there. In halo3 unfortunately if i am really far away from something, it wont exist but then it will be drawn in.
an example of this would be in halo 3 when your at the 2nd scarab, there are a bunch of explosives that are on the walkway to the right that as you drive closer to them in the tank, they suddenly draw themselves into the game.
Whereas everything in hevenly sword just... exists... while lair sucked, it had this feature in the game aswell.
for lack of a better word (i am not too techy) i have always had a pet peeve when it comes to draw distances, if there is one thing that can snap me out of being into a really good game is poor draw distance. I am left only to conclude that the ps3 is better at this than 360.
If anyone asks, i have N3 on 360 and yes full armies are there, but there like shadow blurs from afar and are drawn in as u get closer, unlike heavenly sword where there all running around and cheering from far away.
Is this what blue ray adds to gaming, storage space, is this the fact that the ps3 is using a hdd? I am curious as to know what exactly is giving the ps3 this edge over the 360
