Actually, he said something more in the lines of:

"Hay juegos llamados PlayStations" which in english would mean something like: There are this games called PlayStation.

Its like the preacher who calls the games: Nintendos in plural, since he thinks Nintendo is a game, not a console, and that we call them Nintendo, not videogames.

Still, Chavez is way out of his place here, he did not even know the difference between a flash game and a regular game.

And to make matters worse, he is making a bad example for Latin America, and many leaders are following his examples just to extend their presidential time. Sucks big time.

It means Playstation breand is more known that XBox. He referes Playstation as gameing in general.
