I ALMOST fell off the..... (FUNNY STUFF)

..... treadmill at the gym this morning.... during my daily workout, I was watching a TV program (in Korea) and they start talking about the PS3, they show'd the console sitting there looking all shiny and what not..... then BLAM!!!! They show a video of a game.... "WAIT A MINUTE, IS THAT GEARS OF WAR?", "YUP, YUP IT IS"....... while its probably not Sony's fault that Gears of War was shown, its pretty hilarious all the same.

It's important to point out that no 360 console was shown, it was a PS3 sitting looking pretty, then, like I said, BLAM!!! Gears of War!

Well I dont know the Channel #.... but I can tell you it was the MBC network, oh and it was some sort of News program.... it was playing on the TV beside mine.... I was watching the Matrix.... man I love that movie.

No, my Korean is not very good yet. But the way it was presented, seemed as though it was GeOW that was a game for the PS3.

I know its pathetic. These dorks really take their system wars seriously. Someone even asked what channel t was on and name of the show. He's probably Googling it right now. Apparently a small county TV show mistaking a game for another console is a big deal around here and highly offensive.

News Channels do this all the time, they are talking about videogames and then randomly show some game footage. All the guy was saying it seemed like they were showing gears for PS3. Obviously he said he is not good in korean so he had no idea what they were talking about.

MBC is really a korean broadcast channel.

mbc and sbs are one of the huge s. korea networks. they play those channels in certain areas in the US on cable.

mbc = Munhwa Broadcasting Company

sbs = Seoul Broadcasting System

kbs = Korean Broadcasting System

i know them since they play them in my area.

Better question why would they talk about the PS3 IN Korea and then show a video of a game on another console??? I dont know what exactly was said.... but I didn't see a 360 shown anywhere, and Microsoft XBOX 360 is the same in Korean as it is in english, just with a funny accent.
