I am a sheep BUT!!....

I cant understand why HALO 3 is so much bashed here...I played it in my cousin's 360 and we had great fun!!

I personally love the HALO series and although I sai I am a sheep, I am not a fanboy at all.

Also, I really like the graphics, and although there are not as good as Crysis's, they are actually pretty nice!

In other words I would be soooo happy if wii could manage those graphics but....anyway...

Finally, it makes me sad that it din't win any prizes this year...I own SMG and although it is a great game I think HALO 3 is better only for the multiplayer.

I really hope I could buy a 360 but unfortunately I can't....

Wrong. Single player is boring, but multiplayer makes up for it.

Overhyped yes but I believe SMG owns the most over rated but hey thats just my opinion.

You could argue that halo 3 is better then half-life (Im gonna assume you ment the new one) but halo 3 against the orange box, no chance :P. Also COD4 just like halo 3 makes up for its single player in its multiplayer and alot of people just found it refreshingly enjoyable when compared to the halo mp they have enjoyed over past years (not to say that there weren't significant improvements to the mp in halo 3).

Single player is just, bleh.

The supposed high point of the game, repeats itself 3 times during the game. Although at one point you do it twice at the same time. O: Extremeeeee. I almost died from laughter when I saw that GT had Halo 3 nominated under best story. Really.

Multiplayer... Not so great anymore. I've been hitting COD4 up and I'm having SO much more fun, it's not even that Halo got stale -so much-. Just that there are some problems, like terrible maps, pointless weapons and dull and uninteresting scenarios that take place. Nothing really came from Forge either. Melee goddamn system.

Graphically. It's below quite a few games too, nothing truly impressed me tbh. Not like when I first played Gears. Not like when I first played Lost Planet. A bit ho-hum at times. High Ground is the best looking.. Anything on the game, shame it rarely comes up in matchmaking seeing as it's also my favourite map.

While short, I thought cod4's single-player was pretty good. The multiplayeris pretty good, but halo 3's is better in my opinion. Mainly because Call of Duty 4's multiplayer games lack variety. It's practically the same game every time, and EVERYONE CAMPS!!

Halo 3 is extremely overated in my personal opinion.Halo 3is basicallyHalo 2 with the resolution cranked up a little bit,butnot even in the realm of "HD" gaming that the 360 supports...:? Playing the game on a 46'' Sony Bravia X really shows this, the game has black bars running down the side of the screen, and Master Cheif is now in Lego form! Yay.

Halo was superb, Halo 2 improved upon the origninal in many aspects, now comes along Halo 3, the only fantastic thing I see with it is the forge.

sigh. it's sad that people start to take up MP as an excuse to have a mediocre SP. :s
