Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bro. Brawl, Mario Tennis, etc. What you want to look for is any game with Mario on it and maybe a bit of Zelda here and there.

i would say Mario Kart.

It's load of fun, has Online, you can play it with her, etc.

But, we don't know what type of gamer she is

My wife is 26 and her favorite Wii games are Animal Crossing, Trauma Center, and Rayman Raving Rabbids. She also likes wii-ware titles Bonsai Barber and Tetris Party.
