Last week my 360 scratched my tiger woods 09 game, so now I cant play that. Just this morning I was playing my brand new forza 3 and then it happened again.... can you guess what it was. Yeah it ate my forza 3 WTF!!!!!. Its not even an old xbox 360, I got it in august. Anybody else still have this problem and is there anyway to fix the games or the system?

You either:

A) Have bad luck

B) Trolling

C) Just don't take care of your system

I've never had a problem with my 360s (plural becausewith BestBuy's product replacement plan I've taken my 360's back toupgrade from the 20> 60 > 120)and it's usually always on, and there's times where I've unintentionally moved it with a disc playing.

Or unlucky for you. Sounds like life is hating your video games habits. Try using the warranty, hopefully your xbox won't have that problem again.

Get a PS3 instead, no use sending in your 360 because it will probably just break down again or scratch more of your discs.

PS3 now at $299!

Firstly, i dont believe you. Why?? Because basic law of Centrifugal Force says your disc will stay spinning at the same level unless affected by outside force - you moving, budging, bumping your console. So you had to do SOMETHING, or your console is the first in history to break the laws of physics. Anyway, MS does replace some games if they are less than 30 days old i believe, ive known people who had older games replaced, you just have to call them and tell them. So Science > Your story :P

I havent personally had a disc scratched but I let my friend barrow my gta and it got scratched in his 360... I think something was on the disc trey when he started it up. then again I went and got the best buy warranty so if there's any problem it'll be quickly dealt with.

No,it's 150 and freaking annoying as hell. I guess I just have terrible luck gaming wise, 4 360s and 2 ps3s have crapped out on me. Sometimes I do pass out watching movies on them, though still, there is no excuse for them breaking down like they do.

[QUOTE="suz437"] My 360 hasn't moved from the shelve since I got my ( 4th) 360 in augustRedruM_I

The basic law of Microsoft Business practices says that they designed a crappy system that scratches discs. Fact > Your story.

so youre saying microsoft business practices are so bad that they defy even science?? :lol: Dude, just stop, youre trying to hard. :P

:roll: I think you need a crash course on basic common sense.... A bad designed piece of hardware will scratch discs because it's BAD DESIGNED! That's why physics and science in general exist, to design things that work! If someone is defying science are Microsoft designers who think that a badly made piece of hardware will magically work well.

Same for me. As for TC, I suggest you get the scratch warranty on games when you buy them.
