I dont think Little Big Planet coul be done on Wii so why does Reggie think so?

I keep seeing lots of clips of little big planet and i just dont think wii can produce the same graphically capability that is neede for the game thecrisp backgrounds/characters/objects as little big planet all look breathtaking and the artistic design blows away even hailed games such as galaxy

by no means is LBP the most intensive game as far as the ps3 capabilities but i still think it is pushin enough stuff too be completely impossible to be done the same way on the wii

they would have to cut graphics down they would have to make less stuff happenin on the screen and make it more simplified as far as physics an stuff go, it wouldn't be the same game.

So my question is why does Reggie Fils Aime think that these ppl made a mistake bringin this game to the ps3 instead of wii when it cant even run on it an why doesn't nintendo try to make a game better then it instead of mario/zelda games

this game is just way too high tech games like elebits an stuff look really bad compared to this an it would ashame if it was the wii cuz ppl might not take it seriously like a ps3 3rd party game

I whole heartedly agree.

1. It is not the graphics that draw people to LBP.

2. I'd say no matter how bad you might think PSN is, it is still leaps and bounds beyond Wii online, and the online is a major part of LBP

3. Reggie hates the PS3

I'd buy it. It's one of the two games that I want from the PS3, the other being MGS4 (I really want MGS4 to come to the 360, I know it won't but oh well).

IMO to me it sounds more enticing on theps3 and I would think i t would sel more cuzppl would bemore willing to shell out full price ofr a3rd partyps3 game then a 3rd party wii game (if i had a wii imo)

Of course people would buy it for the Wii, I would. In fact, the only way I would buy LBP is if it was for 360 or Wii because I really don't want to shell out $400 for two games.

it wont look as nice but it could be done

and it'll actually sell because the wii is not a failure like the ps3

It apears that we have another developer on our hands that has done alot with both the PS3 and the wii. Who knew so many developers hung out on SW?laughingman42

It looks nice but its all about the gameplay. Reggie was probably thinking the gameplay could be boosted even more with the pointer and motion controls of the Wiimote.Gimli524
