well i DO understand it...but i come here, and i'm just drained fanboys out the ass people, it's crazy i come here, and i just get mad and irritated with fanboys after fanboys i know it's just silly little arguments that do absolutely nothing to change the world of video gaming (yea, this bickering really does nothing at all except makes each and everyone one of us look like a complete fanboy...and yes i too get on certain sides, but i feel like a complete nerd afterwards, lmao) but why can't we just stop all the fighting people? why can't we all just get along and have one super amazing console!!! the BIG 3 (no, not KG, ray allen, and paul pierce) nintendo, sony, and microsoft these three together could create something so superior, so amazing, that all of us just go into a seizure of pure awesomeness think about it Sony = they can bring the horsepower M$ = they can bring the features that can make the console, not just for gaming Nintendo = the all time vets...they can bring the innovation (optional innovation) that can make games fresh and be able to play games the normal way, then the innovative way for a different experience...and the can keep sony and M$ in check to make sure that this console is still somewhat affordable Sony + M$ + Nintendo = all time greatness and peace throughout well...not entire peace throughout...there's still the matter of the PC community, lol sigh...only if my fantasy were to become a reality

I get what he's saying as well, and I don't mean to sound harsh (or do I? It's 4am and I can't sleep :)), but that's system wars. I don't agree with fanboyism either but there have been a lot of threads (usually a few a week) stating the same thing that you have. My advice to you is to not take SW to heart (through several moderation I've learned that the hard way) and have a good time. :)
