Well despite what sci fi movies lead people to believe, the 4th dimension is not time.

If Sony meant it in the sense that I learned in Physics at college, then they are technically correct. If you can view a series of 3D objects from another vantage point, outside of the objects, you are said to be in a 4th dimension. If they mean it in the sci fi sense, they are also correct. But then again every game that implements a day clock or changing events based on time is too. Either way, it's not some thing only available on the PS3 and is just a buzzword, used by a crazy executive.
