I hadn't realized that Naruto:Rise of a Ninja for 360 was being developed by Ubisoft Montreal! I'm sure this thread will get some bashing, due to it being about Naruto, but this just gave me some hope for this game.

Bash all you want, but this game looks somewhat promising. The graphics are high quality cel-shaded and it looks as if it really brings out the "look" of the manga and anime. Im hyped!

that is some good graphics. I really like cell-shading over realistic because realistic still can't be achieved.

I think they should have gone with more cel-shaded water than realistic water. The water in Wind Waker would have looked AWESOME in this game.

Change the title to Naruto: Rise ofa Ninja.

Looks great for an anime game, which is a big step imho. I'm hoping it gets a AA score, and can't wait for this Wednesday.

Sucks that the states are so far behind, seeing as how this only goes to episode 80 of 220. And the states are only at 120~ of 220 + 32 (Shippuden).

Hope it sells well so we see a 80-160 game shortly. :)

I think that screenshot look real good. Obviously, a truer test would be seeing it in motion, and even more so, in person. You have to like the art-style, I guess.

I like how they mixed the two styles actually. I think it makes a neat look. Some of the elements I've seen so far in the game remined me of "Jet Set Radio Future".Cry0Tek

Why?

That wouldn't capture the fast paced anime style at all. If they bothered to go the route of RPG (which I already know they have) with this game than they should have done it like Star Ocean or Tales titles.

i honestly cant stand anime (damn pokemon), and this game is one of my most anticipated.

ubi montreal is the best adventure game dev out there right now

but I plan on getting this if it is gets fairly good reviews. :DCry0Tek
