i have 2 choices....

i can get a wii or ps3. what wold you do if u were in this situation?

also keep in mind that if i get a wii i will have extra money to buy games, controllers, etc.

It depends on what you want. I say put off PS3 till 08, unless this is one system deal, then pretty much pick the best one out of the two.

Look up games, research the systems, and pick what you want. Anything else is just opinions from people here.

If you can somehow obtain a Wii I suggest getting a Wii then selling it on Ebay for $700+(since holiday season) then you can get both!adastos

That's a great idea Nintendo already said they won't meet holiday demands with the Wii and a lot of parents are trying to get their hands on them.

I'd easily go with the PS3 out of those two choices. Much bigger library of great games especially if you want to play online. Warhawk, Resistance, R6V, Ghost Recon AW, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted, etc. For me anyway, the Wii has two titles worth playing, Zelda and SMG. Zelda i already beat.

Take it as you will. I suppose if you REALLY like party games get a Wii...other then that, i'd say a PS3 for single player and Multiplayer games.
