New powersupply and graphics card :DGeneral_XAnd it would take every cent of that 300$ is the sad part.
kinect bundle...
but i dont know how long playing kinect adventures is going to hold you over... hopefully you get some more dough to spend on some other titles in the near future.

Get the kinect 4gb bundle. If your playing halo reach you can only play multiplayer and single player. You can buy a hard drive later on ebay for under $100,so either way your gonna be paying the same. 360 has a ton of 3rd party support and most games look better on it.
And it would take every cent of that 300$ is the sad part.Yeah, the new graphics card would only be several orders of magnitude more powerful than the ones in the 360 or PS3 :( But I'm sure 720p is fine for everyone.[QUOTE="General_X"]New powersupply and graphics card :DTravis_Odell
imo, Kinect would be a waste of money right now, unless you really like those kind of games. I don't see anything on launch day that would be worth spending $150 on. If you get a 360, you might aswell get 2-3 quality games instead of that.
ex:
Xbox 4gb w/ Vanquish + Lords of Shadows + Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (or any other games you want) >>>>>>>> Xbox 4gb w/ Kinect bundle
same with Wii:
red Wii (with NSMB) w/ GoldenEye 007 + Donkey Kong Country Returns + Other M...etc >>>>>>>> Xbox 4gb w/ Kinect bundle
I have no clue what you really want so I can't recommend either but in general I don't think I could recommend Metroid Other M to anyone unless someone asks advice on how to find the worst metroid game. I don't know what consoles you currently have either. Let us know these kinds of things and you can get better advice.
If those two are your only options, then I'd go with the Wii one since you'll get a bunch of games (Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort and the games you listed) compared to getting the Kinect bundle and all you have is Wii Sports.
Personally though, I'd do what someone else said and try and hold off for Black Friday. If I couldn't, I'd buy a 360 4gb and some games if I didn't have any current gen consoles at all. If I already had one hd console, then I'd buy a Wii.
Keep your money for now and wait fot the Christmas Steam/Digital distribution sales. Buy hundreds of top-quality games and play non-stop until next Christmas. The best value for money by a huge margin.
I would hold off on Kinect, unless you're a casual gamer.
As for games...300 bucks, let's see...James Bond 007 Blood Stone, Goldeneye for Wii, Call of Duty Black Ops, Halo Reach, and one of the other Wii games coming out, say, Epic Mickey.
There's nothing that interests me on the PS3, either.
Xbox 4gb w/ Kinect bundle or Get a red Wii w/ Goldeneye & Metroid: Other M? I am not interested in the PS3 at all besides GT5, and I hate it's controller.GodzillaGT-R
out of those 2 the WII. Unless you want to spent money on an overpriced HD, XBOX Live gold and have the problems of faulty hardware which all come with the xbox360.
Get the Kinect Bundle from Kmart and they got a $50 gaming card. www.Cheapassgamer.com Then go buy a paddle and this.....on the way home stop buy Burger King and get WHopper becuase your gonna need you strength for this....

and if any of these baby WII peeps talk any smack you let them know YOU GOT THE BOAT!!!!!!!http://www.bing.com/videos/watch/video/im-on-a-boat-ft-t-pain-album-version/efb1235da05ff762905cefb1235da05ff762905c-289142408274?q=utube%20lonely%20island%20on%20a%20boat&FORM=VIRE1
Get more games for the system you already own. That's what I do. I always focus on the library of my main gaming platform first and foremost.
It depends what you want to play. Out of the choices you gave, I'd say go for Wii with Metroid and GoldenEye, because Kinect on it's own will be pretty lame imo. But make sure what other games are out there for both systems and what you'd rather play (I doubt you're buying a console only for two games, no?).
how about you save that money instead of buying video games, 300 is alot of money and if u save you thank yourself down the road
Buy whatever has the most games you are interested in. Be that PC, Wii, 360 or PS3. All you are going to get by questioning this board is a bunch of prejudice one way or the other that has little practical value with actually having fun.
