First off, I've never seen such an obvious lemming of a mod. It's actually a little bit ridiculous.

Secondly, If you've seen him post, you definately get the vibe that he thinks he's really intelligent. He answers questions with questions that sometimes dont even make sense.

What would be the use of having a discussion on a forum if I were to do that? I'm speaking from my personal opinion, and my opinion is that the 360 does not have a better lineup. I couldn't give two twigs about reviews or review scores outside of "PWNAGE!" If I did, I'd have a 360.

OldSkoolGamer04 replied to him like that because it took Casey about 6 posts just for him to say "You forgot to compare the game libraries" It was some stupid riddle thing that was totally out of place in a thread that was clearly about Wii60 vs PSWii, and he's dancing circles around crap that has nothing to do with what anyone is talking about. Technically, his posts are useless and don't add to the discussion, and i have been modded for that EXACT reason in the past.

Oh and guys don't forget, when someone makes a thread, and asks System Wars their opinon about what's better, Uncharted or Gears of War, DONT POST! Because 1) opinons are pointles, and 2)TC didn't ask you directly ;)

But seriously, this has been going on for a while, this guy is an extreme douche, and it would be bring me a small amount of pleasure to see his credibility destroyed. Granted, he only HAS credibility because he has a shiny MOD logo under his name.

He does prefer the 360 but who cares? mods are people to and they have their own opinions as well. Those convosa you posted, the first one I agree with him the second it seems as if he was being humorous which I find good in a mod. Casey is the mod that posts the most in these forums. I respect a guy who has been a mod for so long and not gotten bored of it.

I'm a mod on another side and I got completely bored of it so I hardly go there anymore.

3) Arguing opinions is pointless. Opinoins aren't fact meaning that its pointless to argue about them. Disgusing opinions yes but arguing over opinion has pretty much always been pointless. Until its fact, its fiction.

Being completely neutral is a fantasy. Everyone has some sort of favoritism. The Mods just like to make themselves feel better by telling themselves they're above all of that. It's only human to have an opinion IMOAiracomet

Mods aren't reviewers so they don't have to be "fair and balance". But maybe if you slip them some doe they'll favor one for another.

Who the hell said moderators can't hold opinions relative to the topics they watch over?

As long as it doesn't affect his ABILITIES as a moderator, it shouldn't matter. A little "mod" sticker under a user's avatar shouldn't affect how you feel about another person's opinion. If it does, that's your problem.

Also, Casey doesn't come off as a fanboy at all IMO. And definitely not one of Lemming influence.

Wow, that post was actually very accurate, well written, and on point, if true. How can Gurstman give Halo a 9.5 while claiming the game has the same gameplay as the originals, and not much better graphics?

The MP review is bad, but the Halo 3 review is worse, because it overscores a mediocre game instead of the other way around.

2nd'ed. i dont like people that kiss up to the mods, not that i dislike the mods, but i dont like suck ups.

i think the TC has some valid points. but each person has their own opinion on which system they prefer. no person is 100% neutral.

Wow, good topic. I thought no one else noticed this.

I think that mods should be a NEUTRAL standing and conduct their business in a professional manner. Casey blows that theory out of the water when he sparks flame topics just to get people upset, and gives his sarcastic posts that just add fuel to the discussion so it gets out of hand.

It's inappropriate and contradicting for a mod to have such an attitude like his.
