I need a list of...

A list of games for the Xbox 360 that are Exclusive. It means it can only be played on that platform. Also a list of games that are available on Xbox 360 which is not available on the PC. I hope someone could provide me those lists :)

I think i saw it before it was some kind of a spreadsheet but i can't find it anymore :(

EDIT: The reason i asked this is because my Xbox 360 will arrive soon and i'm also planning to buy a gaming PC in the near future. I just want to play the 360 for it's Exclusives and games like bayonetta which is available for PS3/Xbox 360. Multiplats for the PC :D
