I need help with this GTA4 Issue regarding character relationships

I started a date with Carmen, and when you get her relationship status to like 80% or 70% you get her special health boost ability

She gave me a call about it a few days ago but i accidentally hung up and she hasnt called back and i dont have the ability

How can i get it? Because i already have the relationship percentage to 100.

Take her out on another date and wait a few days, she'll call back.

It took me ages to get Brucie's bonus despite maxing his relationship.
