Well as herd here many times, this game compares favorable to Gears so after you're done with the SP just have a buddy play some of line split screen co-op or vs then when bored of that. head on-line for some really fun co-op MP or Vs.
The fun just never ends. ;)

I dont get why people compare it to GeoW, this is tomb raider
How is this game for replay value?ShazenabWell the single player game is in itself really fun and worth playing a couple of times. Additionally the huge amounts of unlockables and medals is a huge incentive to replay the game.
For me at least, the game has huge replay value. There are tons of extras and bonuses to be unlocked, and the combat is just so fun and challenging.Mordred19
Ah, I see. Then its a much longer game than would first meet the TC eye then. I'm glad they are single player perks too because GEARS stratagy of making GEARS longer with multiplayer didn't work with me, due to the broken net code.
I completed in 9 hours on my first run through on hard and ive completed it again on crushing in 10 hours.
great game as it was though, I have no incentive to play it again.
I don't understand why people are always looking at length of games for....if it delivers a great experience, who cares...I'd much rather play a short excellent game than a long crappy one...maybe it's just me...but you still have a long way to go...tryfe_lyn
That might have been true for previous generations, but that truth that you just said is crumbling, games need online capablities, or its gna fail. Well Uncharted hasnt failed, but im sure LOADS of people have rented Uncharted, Ratchet, HS, instead of buying.
I rented HS and R&C. I bought Uncharted though.

Thats practically the beginning of the game...
Took me 8 hours on normal, and found 30/60 treasures too
Very boring game IMO, in the last 4 hours, all combat seems same, and enemies get old fast
I bought it too, but was a mistake i later found out

If the combat in the last four hours looked the same to you, you must have been playing a different game, since the gameplay changes a lot during the end.
If you're on normal you could beat it in less then 6 hours.
Do you have to unlock 'crushing' difficulty? Because I'm going through again on hard, but its not cutting it.

You just self-owned yourself by saying you are going trough the game and then asking whether crushing deifficulty needs to be unlocked. It does, but you'd know that if you'd actually own the game. And the game can NOT be beaten in 6 hours.

thats the thing though. some games just arent built for online play. Not all single player games work with things like online co-op. heck, some dont even work with split screen co-op or single screen. theres not really much of a point to add online features to every single player experience, unless its something like downloadable episodic content.

lol uncharted would be the best on-line game ever. maps that is a huge open jungle or cave ect. then you add the covering system ect. it would be like the game man hunt that you played with your friends when you were younger.I have a total of 38 hours on this game. I've beaten it on normal, hard and crushing modes.
TC, you're probably on chapter 4. There's a total of 22. You still have a long way to go.

1) Games cost $60 +tax
2) Blu-Ray was supposed to bring us longer games

Your right I don't own the game. I rented it. :|
Your also wrong. I am on my second playthrough on hard. Since I don't find the enemies to be that much harder then normal and I already know all the puzzles its going by fast. At this rate I will beat it in less then 6 hours.
