I have done this b4, sorry if i dont have a camera handy. When u start watching, u watch till the end of the movie. The DL speed keeps up. Believe what u want but it works for me 100% of the time.

All I have is a 360, so I know my **** when the 360 is the subject.

I'm glad you own a 360 and all, but who is going to spend $5 at 12:30am to prove to some random poster on GS that they download HD movies from XBL? I do, and I'm not going to take a picture to prove it. If it's a movie I just want to see, I download it in SD. But, if it's a movie I've really been anticipating and/or a good action movie, I usually download in HD. Of course Blu ray looks better, but I don't always feel like waiting for netflix to deliver my next blu ray, and the cost around $8 to rent at my local movie gallery.
