some people here may not, but many do. Again, MS gave revenue numbers for movie downloads ONLY. This E3 should be very interesting to see how much that revenue increased.

no you dont. wireless is convienent but not great for downloads and such. you can buy a ethernet cable. dont be a fanboy.

Minus the Arcade bundle, the 360 comes with an ethernet cable.

AND most routers come with an ethernet cable.

Xbox Live is a joke, say u spend $100 on things like GamerPics, Themes, Demos etc (LMAO milkage) and then you get a RROD which happens to nearly every1 at some point, you have to pay for everything you bought ALL OVER AGAIN

Cross game chat? Thats only to 1 person right? Setting your online status is done on psn aswell just hit triangle set it to off line or online. Downloading all demo's is done on psn aswell for free not 2 weeks later. Psn you can chat with 6 people I blieve in the chat room for free. The only thing I see there that xbl has over psn is movie downloads and cross game chat. Movie downloads should be coming but no matter what bluray will have better picture quality and I already have hd ppv through dish so nothing new there. Netflix does me justice if I don't want to purchase a movie.

In the Uk you don't get most of those features.

TBF in the UK there isnt a huge gap bettween the two offerings online, The only diffrences are the ability to log into msn ( A feature that will probably never be available on any Sony or future Ninetndo console), see the last time a friend was online, the exact level there playing on, the difficulty setting there playing on and cross game chat.

In the Uk a year of live is £40 (around $80). I will say x-box live is better than the PSN in Europe but not by any stretch of the imagination can it be called significantly better.

Half of those features don't exist in the Europe, they're not significantly better than Playstation Network.

I'm glad you own a 360 and all, but who is going to spend $5 at 12:30am to prove to some random poster on GS that they download HD movies from XBL? I do, and I'm not going to take a picture to prove it. If it's a movie I just want to see, I download it in SD. But, if it's a movie I've really been anticipating and/or a good action movie, I usually download in HD. Of course Blu ray looks better, but I don't always feel like waiting for netflix to deliver my next blu ray, and the cost around $8 to rent at my local movie gallery.

At my house, we downloaded and watched 2 movies from XBL. 10,000 BC and soemthing else. I actually hadn't used the service before, but clans pay my little brother in marketplace points for making them banners for their clans.

So he used some of them to rent those movies. It made me never want to leave the house to rent a new movie again. He started the download, went to the bathroom, washed his hands, got something to drink sat down and the movie went from beginning to end without a pause.

HiDef. Very impressive service all around.
