Now Sony listen to it`s consumer and drop PS3 price......

I think the arguments that the ps3 is doing badly are timed. That's the problem. They own the ps3 right now. It doesn't have games, but games late in the gen generally outclass games from the earlier portion, so system wars is always being reset, in a way of speaking. If blurray takes off and produces some games that the 360 cannot do, I would say the ps3 has a shot at winning the gen.

You fail to realize that some of the people "hating" Sony are former Cows. These former Cows and other fanboys realize that the PS3 will never reach the glory the PS2 had. That was last gen. Its now this gen. And the Xbox 360 and Wii are large and in charge around here. Also hate rises when a company like Sony hypes their gaming machine like 120 frame rates, etc. and fail all expectations. Even at $400 bucks, thats still the highest starting price on any video gaming console. Its really over for Sony this time around. But hey, nothings wrong with being in last place.

You mean it's badly timed, I'm assuming. If you are, then no, they are not badly timed. The PS3 is currently the inferior platform, because of the lack of AAA exclusives. No roundabouts about it.

It bothers me how they say they have the best console out there, yet it costs so much money.

It's almost likesaying scientists found the cure for cancer, but you need to pay $1000 dollars + your soul for it(something to that effect).

Its because when e3 2005 and 2006 we as gamers got &%#$ed in the @ss by sony a large portion of the lemmings and sheep are ex cows along witha lot of the manticores thats why they all hate sony go look at old E3 footage and you'll understand. Personnally i was one of the biggest cow on here, and then after watching the E3 2006 press conference i remember trying to justify 500 dollars for a video game system right after watching that. Then i went and pulled my NES back out and proceeded in buying a N64 and now i am a manticore.

Sony also wanted bluray because they want to capture some of the success that the ps2 had by being a great way to get a dvd player. If sony uses the ps3 to make sure that bluray wins the HD format wars, then that victory will bring another victory in system wars, as many people buy a ps3 because so many companies are releasing bluray movies

I loved the PS1 and PS2. But the PSP was so bad I returned it and with the PS3 sony has really lost their way.

It's just the way System Wars works. The Xbox360 fanboys are in a position of power because of their current library and recent successes with Halo and Bioshock, so they're bullying Wii owners and especially Sony while they still can. Sony is getting frustrated by the success of the Xbox 360 and is bullying the Wii to make themselves feel better. The Wii is bullying Sony also, because it can, unlike the Xbox360. It's the circle of SW.

buy a 60 gig ps3 in 07 and then as soon as the good games start flooding the market have it take a crap on you.
