I really don't understand this man, do Wii owners really not care?

What I am trying to get at is the fact that the Wii is missing out on some games that are so big, while the 360, PS3 and the PC share them. 

-Unreal Tournament 3- One of the biggest shooter franchises(if not the biggest), this game is going to sell so much and gather so much attention, and the Wii misses out on that.

-Grand Theft Auto 4-  Now by assumption and please correct me if I am wrong, Was Grand Theft Auto not the #1 selling series of last generation?  This is such a huge game that the Wii also misses out on.

-Resident Evil 5-  Now this is absolutley absurd but for now but true(there is no way the Wii isn't going to get this game), the Wii is missing out on this which in my opinion was the best game on the Gamecube and one of the best for last generation.

Half Life 2: OMG this is a big one I almost forgot, tons of GOTYS I lost count man but orange box is gonna be ill. 

Now of course the regular sheep would bring in the 4 beasts, Mario, Metroid, Brawl and Zelda, but from a sales standpoint of recent times, Super Smash Brothers is the only major hit.

Now the 360 also has Halo, and I bring this up soley because of the sales it brought.

Not to mention all the doo doo butter ports or multiplats the Wii gets(Splinter Cell:Double Agent, Far Cry, and others)  

But what I really am trying to get at is all Sheep should have a second platform, whether it be 360, PS3, or the PC.

And same goes for 360,PS3 and PC owners, they should also have a second one, mainly the Wii because of it's low price.  Also, the Wii lacks New IP's, and rides on Mario, Metroid and Zelda(For the past 30 years).  All systems have their trump cards.

Nintendo makes new IPs with every console though.

Though I agree that all fanboys are missing out, they may have different tastes and not care for those games. Highly unlikely, but still possible. Trying to understand why they reject gaming systems is beyond me.

Odds are highly likely that most hardcore gamers that own a wii also own either a 360, a PS3, or a PC rig capable of playing every game you just mentioned, which defeats the purpose of asking that question.

your post made no sense...anyway...why do people assume that GTA and MGS and all those are better then anything Nintendo offers? I just think it's funny that people are like "OMG you really don't care the GTA isn't coming to the Wii?!?!!?" But in turn you can sit there and ignore countless classic games that Nintendo makes that you won't play on your 360 or PS3...i don't get it.... yeah GTA is fun...but so is mario...those games you listed aren't the end all be all of gaming!

And other consoles are missing out on wii exclusives... It works both ways buddy, not to mention that many wii owners own other consoles as well...

No other Console will have the next Pikmin or F-Zero and I'd rather play that than many of the games you listed.

What a typical ignorant graphics whore. Its more like Wii is true next gen gameplay with in between gen graphics (meaning in between the power of Xbox and Xbox 360). Wii's gameplay is totally different and far more superior to any Dual Analog controller including the GC. Every site says that its more precise on shooters they just have to work out the turning which is only a matter of time.

So, the Gamecube had a motion sensing remote, eh? I love how you threw in gameplay in an attempt to make yourself not sound like a graphics whore. The X-Box 360 and PS3 have the same gameplay as their predecessor's, but you enjoy them correct? Face it. You only dislike the Wii because it isn't as powerful as the other systems. That's all.

I honestly feel sorry for you though. Why? Because of your ignorant hatred of the Wii. This dislike will cause you to miss out on some great games that will never come out on the PS3 or the 360. Here is some advice:  you play games, not systems. 

The fact you share them is bad (for system wars), makes it so when Wii gets a AAA, its probalby a AAAE, which is a lot more ownage than AAA.  NATATO

 That may be true, but if you care more about having 3 AAAE and missing out on 10AAA multiplats, then i think you may be taking system wars too seriously. Now if you prefer those 3 AAAE over any of the 10AAA, then i can see the point, but to say just becuase its exclusive, makes it better, other than ownage on sw, then thats sad.

In my case its just as i've said above. There are about 5-6 games i want on the Wii that i want more than any other game. The 360 could have 50 more AAAs, but i just want those 5-6 games on wii. So really, its smarter for me to get the wii and those few games and be happy, then get the more expensive 360 and decide among the 50 games that i only like as much as every other game.

Take Two seems to really be sold on the Wii as they are putting some of their games on it. Maybe they'll explore putting a GTA game for the console too.

I had a long answer, but I don't think its needed.

No, I don't care, because there are a billion Wii games that will never go to 360/ps3. And also, the ports will not last for long.

There are new IPs, aswell as IPs from the GC generation.

I am getting a ps3...

Well because they do. There's always one dominant console in the market.

It could change this gen but it may not. I know a lot of people on SW own 2 or more consoles but the majority of consumers do not. 

If you only get one console, it is inevidable that you are going to miss out on other games for other systems. You could flip this around and say that anyone who doesn't own a Wii is going to miss out onsome of its big games. It is all relative.coreygames
