This is awesome i think this is more of a ex-russian mafia trying to escape to liberty city and probably just pulls a scarface just like all the other GTAs ;)
For GTA 5 and beyond they'll either set them in Europe or Aisa (like London, Hong Kong or something along those lines) or in the past, like 1930's NYC, or Liberty City, whatever Rockstar's calling it these days.

Plus is that even the main character that they showed? did they say that was the main character?
He tends to fit the standard GTA protagonist model.
I was also kind of relieved RS went back to LC cause I feel if they jump from city to city for each one it's gonna lose some charm.  Also LC looked beautiful.
They are just going to remake the 3 last gen titles

Nah, Mexican's are not really known for being in the Miami area, if the're going to go with Miami, Cuban or Puerto Rican would make more sense as there are a lot of Puerto Rican and Cuban immigrants down there. Mexican Immigrants are more concentrated in California and Texas.
