I take it back.. UT3 PS3 is Amazing!

This is ChristopherM80 and i made a thread yesterday talking about how disappointing UT3 was.. But i finally figured out how to filter out bots and choose to play online only matches, after some CTF,Vehicle CTF and TDM matches, I had a change of heart. This game is Extremely fun and addicting.. When I made that thread yesterday i only played it for an hour, but i gave it another try and played for hours lastnight and love it!

I am still upset though about it not having voice chat but I hope to god Epic fixes this so voice chat will work like it should on a game like this! But the graphics are amazing and the game is just all out wickedly fun.. This reminds of warhawk and Gears of war, when i first played those games i hated it But after i gave them another chance i love them now!! Dont be disappointed PS3 fans, play this game if you bought it and it will grow on you!

I dont know, what happened to my old account. I try to sign in and it wont recognize my password and wont let me login at all so i made a new one.. But yes, i admit i was extremely disappointed with the game when i first played it, but after playing it again, its so awesome.

I was mostly mad that i didnt know how to choose to play online and not with bots but i figured it out all you have to do is view the server details and make sure bots are disabled and set at 0

from what ive heard, ut3 isnt very demanding. as long as you're willing to lower settings, most mid-ranged pcs can play it

Whats with all this better on pc crap??? I thought the hermits said no one was playing this game on pc. The ps3 servers were full last night and it just came out. Even if its better on pc I would rather play on a system with a large community. The ps3 controller is better than I thought it would be. Not as good as k/b but it dosent make it any less fun. Hermits always piping in when ever they get a chance, to spread hate. It gets old.

you cant do any modding on the PS3 version...only the PC version can create the mods....I dont think the PS3 modding is going that well...Iheard it still needs to be patched in.

There isn't many people playing the PC version, same with Crysis. If you don't like online gaming the PC and PS3 is the place to be.

For everyone who owns UT3 and still believes that voice chat isn't supported listen up (obviously this doesn't apply to the guy i quoted). Press and hold "right" on the d-pad to ENABLE VOICE CHAT

UT3 rocks. I absolutely love it. The vehicles are so amazing and creative. My only gripe so far is on Warefare mode. Sometimes the framerate drops when there are alot of people fighting in one area :(. Other than that it's amazing to see the game look this good and run smoothly :).
