I think Cod WaW will be just as good, if not better than CoD4

CoD3 just wasn't... fun. It was actually my first PS3 rental and I didn't even finish the third level, it was just your basic WW FPS shooter; nothing special.

wtf? They shouldn't use the same formula, it's not their game, it's IW. That's absolutely no excuse for the game coming out for the way it did, besides the obvious, which is that Treyarch is a bad developer.

well whatever, cod3 was great and was actually different from cod2 and 4, treyarch actually did something different unlike IW who took cod2 and slapped modern theme on it + cod3 was 24 players with tanks and jeeps+ bigger maps. if cod3 was hyped as much as cod4 then it would have been as much successful but it wasnt hyped coz it was made by treyarch and treyarch = teh bad. Nowsince everyone loves cod4 thats why treyarch is copying it but also adding new stuff like tanks etc etc, i guarantee if co5 was being made by IW then they wouldnt even improve it as much as treyarch has.

No, some of the gun textures look bad. And ive experienced some graphical glitches in that Makin level, especially around the part where youre surrounded in bushes. Grenades dont do enough damage, i think COD4 had them right and theres no way you can say the grenades in WaW do the same amount of damage. The only good map in the beta is the castle one. Its a great game, but not as polished as COD4 imo.

Well, it's a BETA for a reason. Complain to Treyarch for that problem so they can fix it by the time the full game is released.

The only map I don't really like it Roundhouse. Makin and the Castle maps are pretty good. Everytime I play in Roundhouse, mostly every run to the tanks for easy kills.

How can you sit here and argue with me that CoD3 is better then CoD4? It isn't. Scores prove that overall it's a better game, sales prove that overall it's a more popular game, feedback proves the game was taken in high strides. Yeah, all consoles betas seem to be, and it seemed to be Halo 3 that started it all. Although i will admit that there were quite a few changes between the Halo 3 beta and final game. Cant say the same about COD4 though, and i have a feeling COD5 will be pretty much the same too.

agreed halo 3 started it but halo 3 beta was real beta lol, also BF Bad Company had real beta too coz man i hated that game when i played the beta but now ilove it. and Socom Confrontation, that game was bloody ****ed up when the beta started but they fixed majority of issues with updates, though i heard the fnal game is is still filld with problems. other then that, every beta has been demo turned beta to just to build hype.

It might be a good game but it will not be better than Call of Duty 4

Yeah they did it, but this is taking advantage of the setting a lot more. Rising Sun just felt like Medal of Honor but in a jungle, this looks pretty different to normal CoD.

well back in the day, when nirvanas first album bleach came out, you could have probably said that this band, or that band that was out around the same time as them was much better than they were no ways around it just because bleach wasnt all that great, well wait 2 years later and Nevermind comes out and they are most likely just as good, well probably better than any of the bands that you said were superior to them. My point is that you cant really look at a devs. past experiences and say that they are incapable of being better than someone else, because their break out "album" or in this case break out game, the time where they finally nail it, or get it right, could be right around the corner. Treyarch has everything that they need at their hands in order to make a cod4 rival or for lack of a better term cod4 " killer"
